Cooking Classes for 2007!
Chef Gaetano continues his very popular cooking classes. Each class is held
the last Saturday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (holidays permitting)
Each class is $60 per person (or $50 if you book three or more classes) and includes tasting's, wine, beverages and
recipes. Sign up a week in advance for each class - 708-366-4010.
June 30 - Seafood (both hot and cold)
July 28 - Sauces ( spicy, vinaigrette, dressing and more)
August 25 - The truth about Tomatoes
September 29 - Pasta ( dry, egg noodle, hand made, machine made and more)
October 27 - Learn the technique of Risotto
November 24 - Soup ( Learn how to feed vegetables to your kids)

Always wanted to learn Italian but can't stand the thought of sitting in a boring classroom!? Come take classes with us in a fun and relaxing atmosphere! Beginning and Intermediate classes are offered each with a five class series held every other Saturday.
Beginning Italian / 9:30 am to 11:30 am : classes start on September 8th,
2007 and run every other Saturday through November 3rd, 2007.
Intermediate Italian / 12 pm to 2 pm: classes
start on September 8th, 2007 and run every other
Saturday through November 3rd, 2007.
Classes are $30 per person per class, class size will be limited. Complimentary
coffee and snacks will be served.
